What successes you can name connected with this grant?
Sandy Hook United Methodist Church

Our W.O.W. Project Team has taken shape and has passionately divided up the mini-projects we're doing to research best products.

We are "zooming out" and thinking of different ways we can use our space and implement signage to allow for a more welcoming environment for families.

We have opened the W.O.W. Project Team to the whole church and so people are aware of the grant and that changes are coming.
First Presbyterian Church, Columbus

For our family library project, I've witnessed several occasions where parents and kids are looking over books together, especially those related to a particular faith topic or concern.

The family library also helped me connect one of our families more easily with picture books that can help children with grief after a grandparent died.

Kids LOVE the worship bag centers where they can choose items they want to engage with in worship.
Madison Presbyterian Church

We have been working on a friendly visual welcome to our sanctuary for the children and their families.

A calendar of events for Christian Education was created and given to the parents as well as posted around the church.

A bundle of six parables was purchased from Godly Play. We are very grateful and excited about the use of these wonderful materials.

We are very happy to have the money to purchase the "many" items to fill our Worship Bags.

We were able to purchase a bookcase to display many books for the kids and parents to read.

Having our Pastor use some kid friendly language during worship has helped our kids understand parts of the worship better.
