1. To provide more flexible seating within our Prayground space.

2. The children are doing more independent activities.

3. It has been wonderful to have more materials available for the children to interact with - quiet communion supplies and felt stories.

Dia Nuevo Presbyterian Church

1. First, we celebrated our church’s first anniversary by presenting a large basket full of Christian books and Bibles to the congregation. These resources, thoughtfully chosen to reflect the bilingual and cultural identity of our community, were met with gratitude and enthusiasm.

2. Second, we purchased child-appropriate worship aids, including noisemakers and ribbon wavers, which were introduced during a recent worship service. 

3. Lastly, we have begun carefully reviewing the materials we’ve purchased to determine which resources will best support the needs of our congregation as we plan future initiatives. This process reflects our commitment to thoughtful stewardship of the grant funds and ensures that our next steps will be impactful and aligned with our goals.

South Suburban Missionary Baptist Church

 

1. The WOW grant has doubled the number of children participating in our worship service.

2. Our children are now actively involved through picture taking and sharing their work through our digital platforms.

3. Our worship service has incorporated story time related to the preached message for children.
